At times we need a break or sense an urge to run away from our parental obligations. Yet, it turned out that finding a babysitter in Moscow is next to impossible.

The solution we propose is a ring of acquaintances with whom we could deposit our little one - and perhaps oneS in the foreseeable future - for a few hours at a time.

There may be a side benefit too. If the arrangement works well, our kids, when they grow up a bit, will also have a circle of friends to socialize with. Since we are a bit sceptical about public schools, it is important to think of where and with whom our little Masha will socialize.

About us. We are Pasha, Olesya and Maria, 37, 28 and 6 (months in the latter case). Half of the time we live in Moscow, on Kutuzovski or in Zamoskvorechye, and another half at our dacha in the Tver region. You can read about our live and work at www.unclepasha.com.
